Job summary

Toppan Merrill LLC seeks an IT Sourcing & Procurement Category Manager to lead IT sourcing strategies, collaborating with IT, Finance, Legal, and Security to maximize value, reduce costs, and mitigate risk while aligning with business goals.

As the IT procurement SME, you will manage sourcing across software, cloud, hardware, cybersecurity, and IT services, driving negotiations, governance, and leadership updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing with IT focus.
• Experience sourcing software, SaaS, cloud services, hardware, cybersecurity and IT services.
• Strong analytical, financial, contract negotiation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category management strategies that align with short- and long-term business goals.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, evaluations, negotiations, and supplier selections.
• Negotiate complex contracts, pricing, licensing terms, SOWs, and SLAs to optimize commercial outcomes.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and establish governance to monitor performance, risk, and compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-savings initiatives across the IT spend portfolio.
