Job summary

VC3, Inc. is seeking an IT Sales Engineer to join our Business Development team. You will provide pre-sales technical and functional expertise, align client objectives with managed services, and translate complex environments into standardized, recurring solutions.

Role emphasizes security, risk posture, and scalable architectures, with collaboration across delivery, engineering, and sales to drive recurring revenue and client value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field is required.
Proven experience selling and designing Cisco and Microsoft solutions.
Strong networking, cloud, virtualization, and security knowledge.
Ability to translate technical findings into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Qualify managed services opportunities with Account Executives.
Conduct client assessments and translate findings into standardized solutions.
Develop SOWs and service scopes with onboarding and inclusions.
Evaluate security posture and recommend improvements.
Align pricing with vendor programs and managed services margins.
Present solutions in executive and technical discussions.
Maintain CRM documentation and support strategic account planning.
