Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone calls for technical support.
• Perform warm transfers to IT teams for continuity of technical support.
• Logging all help desk interactions with quality documentation.
• Use help desk software effectively and transfer unresolved tickets to appropriate teams.
• Escalate to IT On-Call teams per SLAs.
• Resolve basic computer problems remotely.
• Assist with training and creating knowledge base documents.
• Support a diverse user base including patients and staff.
