• 1+ year of IT help desk or related experience preferred.
• Active HIPAA compliance credential or training required.
• Basic understanding of Windows, email, user accounts, password resets, VPN, and common business applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset under pressure.
• Ability to document support activity accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound help desk calls, tickets, and emails from staff.
• Provide first-level technical support for common IT issues (password resets, VPN, EMR/EHR access issues, software/hardware problems).
• Follow documented procedures and knowledge base articles to troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, actions taken, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or IT leadership as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive data per HIPAA and company policies.
• Assist with basic user account setup and access changes as needed.
• Support increased ticket volume during peak periods and system updates.
