Job summary

Nadia Care is building a distributed IT and security function to support a fast-growing team delivering compassionate maternity care. The IT Manager will own onboarding/offboarding, IAM strategy, device management, and security across a multi-OS fleet.

This role reports to the CISO and evolves into leading a team as the function scales. The ideal candidate operates independently from day one, balancing reactive support with proactive process improvements, while ensuring least-privilege access

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT support/operations experience, including senior or sole IT resource.
• Startup experience as one-person IT department preferred.
• Strong security fundamentals: endpoint protection, identity/security, patch management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary escalation lead for Tier 1-3 IT support requests.
• Support Windows and macOS, hardware, OS, and apps issues.
• Triage tickets, SLA adherence, and maintain knowledge base.
