Nadia Care is seeking an IT Manager to own day-to-day IT operations, IAM, and endpoint security for a growing distributed team. You will be the sole technical resource, reporting to the CISO, setting standards, and building scalable processes from day one.

You will manage onboarding, device provisioning, IAM reviews, and security policy enforcement across Windows, macOS, and cloud tools, with potential to grow a team later.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT support/operations experience, including as the senior or sole IT resource.
• Startup experience managing infrastructure, security, device management, IAM, and end-user support.
• Strong working knowledge of security fundamentals: endpoint protection, identity/security, encryption, patching.
• Hands-on with Defender, Intune, Google Workspace administration.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience owning IAM / access management strategy and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Understanding of PHI and HIPAA.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation lead for Tier 1-3 requests.
• Support end users across Windows and macOS environments, hardware, OS, and apps.
• Triage and resolve tickets within SLAs and maintain documentation standards.
• Own onboarding/offboarding, IAM strategy, and least-privilege access Review.
• Administer Intune and O365, enforce security policies, patching, encryption.
• Manage endpoint security and device lifecycle, including provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Partner with the CISO on security requests and remediation items.
