Nadia Care seeks an experienced IT Manager to own day-to-day IT operations, IAM, and security for a distributed team. You’ll be the sole technical resource initially, reporting to the CISO, setting standards, and scaling as the company grows.

Expect hands-on provisioning, device management, and security governance across Windows, macOS, and cloud services. The role emphasizes independent work, process improvement, and proactive support within a remote, Eastern Time zone context.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of IT support/operations experience, including senior or sole IT role.
• Startup experience as one-person IT department handling infrastructure, security, IAM.
• Strong security fundamentals: endpoint protection, encryption, patching, and remote work practices.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Defender, endpoint security, Intune, and Google Workspace administration.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience owning IAM and onboarding/offboarding, SLAs.
• Understanding of PHI and HIPAA.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Willingness to ship/receive equipment to home.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary escalation lead for Tier 1-3 IT support via ticketing systems.
• Support Windows and macOS devices and related issues.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, printing, email, and software issues.
• Maintain documentation of issues and fixes.
• Own onboarding/offboarding, training, and access control for hires and leavers.
• Manage IAM strategy, access reviews, and deprovisioning.
• Enforce least-privilege access and support SSO configurations.
• Administer Microsoft Intune and O365 across a remote device fleet.
• Set security policies, patching, encryption, and Defender rollout.
• Oversee device procurement, shipping/receiving, inventory lifecycle.
• Manage Google Workspace users and settings.
• Maintain core SaaS tools across the organization.
• Partner with CISO on security requests.
