Job summary

Nadia Care is seeking an experienced IT Manager to own day-to-day IT operations, onboarding/offboarding, and IAM for our distributed team. You will be the sole technical resource and report to the CISO, with growth potential to lead a team as the function scales.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT support/operations, including senior or sole IT resource experience.
• Startup experience with handling infrastructure, security, IAM, and end-user support alone.
• Strong security fundamentals: encryption, patching, MFA, least-privilege access.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments and SaaS tools.
• Ability to document work, balance reactive support with proactive improvements.

Responsibilities

• IT Support & Operations: act as primary escalation lead for Tier 1-3 issues; support Windows and macOS devices.
• IAM & User Lifecycle: manage onboarding/offboarding, access control, and SSO troubleshooting.
• Device & Security: administer Intune, enforce security policies, manage Defender and patching.
• Security Partnership: work with CISO on access-related security requests and remediation.
• Process & Documentation: maintain clear records and evolve internal IT standards.
