Job summary

Nadia Care seeks an experienced IT Manager to own daily IT operations, IAM, and security for a growing, distributed team. You’ll be the sole technical resource, setting standards and driving end-to-end processes while reporting to the CISO.

In this hands-on role, you’ll manage device lifecycle with Intune, implement IAM strategy, and ensure endpoint security across Windows/macOS environments, with opportunities to build a team as the function expands.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT support/operations experience, including senior or sole IT resource.
• Experience as the primary IT/security contact in a startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of security fundamentals: endpoint protection, IAM, encryption, patch management.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT operations and IAM for a distributed team.
• Manage device provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and access control.
