Job summary

Nadia Care seeks an experienced IT Manager to own day-to-day IT operations, IAM, and security for a distributed team in the United States. You will be the sole technical resource, provisioning accounts, managing Intune and Defender, and aligning access controls with security standards.

You will report to the CISO, scale the function, and establish end-to-end processes while balancing proactive improvements with reactive support. ET work hours apply with US-based remote work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT support/operations, senior or sole IT resource
• Startup experience as the one-person IT department
• Strong security fundamentals: endpoint protection, encryption, patching
• Hands-on with Defender, endpoint security, Intune, Google Workspace administration
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
• IAM/access management ownership including onboarding/offboarding
• PHI/HIPAA understanding and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT support and security escalation lead
• Support Windows and macOS devices, hardware, OS, and apps
• Triage tickets, meet SLAs, document fixes and guides
• Own onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and access control
• Manage IAM strategy, access reviews, and deprovisioning
• Administer Intune and O365 for a remote multi-OS fleet
• Enforce security policies, patching, encryption across endpoints
• Configure SSO and SaaS access troubleshooting
• Maintain records of access and device inventory
• Collaborate with CISO on security remediation
