Job summary

Nadia Care, a maternal health startup, is seeking an IT Operations lead to own day-to-day IT operations, IAM for a distributed team, and act as a primary technical escalation point to the CISO. The role covers Tier 1-3 support across Windows and macOS, device management via Intune, and IAM strategy including onboarding/offboarding and access reviews.

The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years of IT support experience, preferably at a startup, with strong security fundamentals and hands-on Intune

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years IT support, including as sole or senior IT resource at a startup.
• Strong security fundamentals and HIPAA experience are required.
• Hands-on Intune expertise and experience managing devices.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT operations for a distributed team.
• Serve as primary escalation point and partner to the CISO.
• Provide Tier 1-3 support across Windows and macOS, manage devices via Intune.
• Drive IAM strategy, onboarding/offboarding, and periodic access reviews.
• Automate repetitive tasks with PowerShell and Bash; maintain audit-ready docs.
