EasyITGuys in the United States is seeking an IT Sales & Support Engineer to deliver technical support and trusted IT consulting to business clients. This full-time role blends support with strategic sales, requires strong relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment.

You’ll work 100% remotely nationwide, with standard business hours, and collaborate with clients to resolve issues, design solutions, and expand technology adoption while growing your sales capability.

Qualifications

• Active Directory & Group Policy
• Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, VPN Configuration
• Office 365 Administration
• Strong customer relationship & sales skills
• Ability to train and support non-technical users
• Excellent time management & prioritization
• Experience with onsite services & projects
