Job summary

TechnologyAdvice is seeking a Sr. IT Support Engineer to deliver reliable, hands-on IT support across the organization. You will manage tickets, troubleshoot broadly, handle hardware logistics, and lead IT projects for a remote-first team across the United States.

You will work with the IT team to strengthen support practices, improve security and access management, and ensure productivity across Mac, Windows, and cloud environments. 4+ years of IT experience is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT experience across end-user support, security, networks, and remote environments.
• Experience in a SaaS-centric environment using Office 365 or Google Workspace, Slack, MDMs and other cloud-management tools to support 100+ team members.
• Background supporting both Mac and Windows environments for end users.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills with the ability to investigate unfamiliar issues and determine the best path forward.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT support including ticket management, troubleshooting and strategic projects.
• Investigate complex issues, identify root causes and determine the best path forward beyond standard guides.
• Coordinate priorities with the IT team and maintain consistent support practices across the organization.
• Configure and support networks, Google Workspace, device-management platforms across Mac and Windows.
• Improve onboarding/offboarding, security and access-management processes to keep systems protected.
