American IT Solutions, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Managed Services team in a hybrid office-and-field role.

The ideal candidate will provide onsite and remote IT services to existing clients, manage client relationships, and help develop new business opportunities. The role requires 3–5 years of IT support experience, strong communication, and a passion for solving technical problems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support or related experience.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
• Proficient in Windows environments and common productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for managed-services clients.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, cloud, security issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, email, user accounts, and cloud-based applications.
• Assist with monitoring servers, networks, backups, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Maintain accurate service tickets and client information.
