Job summary

Sentinel Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT sales professional to drive new business and grow existing accounts from a remote base in Columbia, SC.

You will work with Pre-Sales Solution Architects and operations support to deliver compelling technology solutions. This role offers a base salary plus bonus and uncapped commissions, with travel to client locations as needed and the flexibility of remote work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience.
• Self-starter with ability to ramp up quickly.
• Experience navigating and selling to SLED (state, local and education) industry is preferred.
• Experience selling technical solutions and products.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience prospecting / hunting for new business.
• Demonstrate a successful track record of closing business utilizing a consultative selling approach.
• Must be an aggressive self-starter with excellent prospecting, relationship building, and closing skills.
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment.
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude.

Responsibilities

• Remote position that requires going onsite to client locations as needed from Columbia, SC.
