Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in government program recruitment.
• Expertise in cleared, technical, and program-based GovCon hiring.
• Experience in developing recruiters and improving recruiting processes.
• Strong understanding of government contracting lifecycle.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with ATS and recruiting tools.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
