Job summary

Precise Software Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dynamic in-house Technical Recruiter to build a robust GovCon IT talent pipeline and elevate Precise as an employer of choice. The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, compliance, and partnership with hiring teams to meet government contracting needs.

The position is 100% remote in the U.S., aligned to EST hours, and requires proven GovCon recruitment experience and an established network of clearable IT professionals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT sourcing or recruiting within the government contracting space.
• Proven ability to source and engage both active and passive candidates.
• Strong understanding of government contract hiring processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Paylocity's ATS and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-quality IT professionals for government contracts.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and program leads to understand role requirements and projects.
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications and clearance eligibility; maintain candidate records and metrics.
