Precise Software Solutions, Inc. is seeking an in-house Technical Recruiter to build a robust GovCon IT talent pipeline and strengthen Precise as an Employer of Choice. You will partner with recruiters and program leads to fill roles across government contracts, ensuring compliance and timely hires.

The role requires deep GovCon sourcing expertise, clearable IT talent networks, and experience with Paylocity ATS and major sourcing tools. This is a 100% remote U.S. position working EST hours.

Formación

• 3+ years in IT sourcing or recruiting in GovCon space.
• Sourcing of active and passive candidates.
• Understand government contracting hiring processes and compliance.
• Knowledge of IT roles, tech stacks, and certifications.
• Experience using Paylocity ATS and sourcing platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute GovCon sourcing strategies to attract IT professionals.
• Leverage networks and tools to build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications and clearance eligibility.
• Ensure OFCCP/EEO compliance and maintain accurate records in ADP.
