Precise Software Solutions, Inc. is a fully remote employer seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to build and maintain a high-quality GovCon talent pipeline. You will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft sourcing strategies for government contracts.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in IT sourcing or recruiting within government contracting, strong passive candidate engagement, and familiarity with OFCCP compliance. Remote work available across the U.S.

Qualifications

3+ years IT sourcing or recruiting in GovCon.
Sourcing active and passive candidates.
Knowledge of government contract hiring processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify government IT talent for contracts.
Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, events, referrals, etc.
Drive employer branding and external engagement to attract GovCon IT talent.
