Job summary

FyerX is seeking a proactive Junior IT Recruiter to manage technical recruitment across diverse IT roles. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating IT professionals for remote opportunities, ensuring timely delivery of quality profiles and effective stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in IT recruitment, strong English communication, and familiarity with major sourcing tools and ATS platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, CS, or related field.
1–3 years of IT recruitment experience.
Experience sourcing and hiring for technical/IT roles.
Familiarity with IT technologies and recruitment terminology.
Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, portals, networks, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication, technical background, and fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Track and share candidate profiles with current/expected CTC, notice period, location, and availability.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers using Zoho Recruit or ATS/HRMS.
