Job summary

FyerX is seeking a proactive Junior HR Associate to manage recruitment activities, onboarding, and HR operations in a remote setup. You will source candidates, screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate HR records while ensuring a smooth candidate and employee experience.

The role requires 1–3 years of HR/recruitment experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently across multiple priorities. A startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or a similar role.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and follow-ups.
• Familiarity with Zoho Recruit or similar ATS and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including drafting job descriptions and posting jobs.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess fit, salary expectations, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and collect feedback.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and hiring reports.
• Support onboarding: offers, documentation, joining formalities, and orientation.
• Handle employee queries and maintain confidential HR records.
• Assist with payroll inputs and benefits coordination.
• Support HR policy implementation and employee development initiatives.
