Job summary

Infuse is seeking an IT Recruiter with a strong focus on high-quality shortlists and proactive candidate engagement. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment for non-technical and technical roles, delivering pipelines that emphasize quality, fit, and speed.

You'll manage the ATS data, collaborate with hiring managers across US business hours (EST), and contribute to a streamlined, candidate-centric hiring process in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT recruitment experience.
• Experience with product IT companies is a plus.
• Ability to align with US business hours (EST).
• Understanding of SDLC and general technical concepts.
• Strong sourcing expertise and candidate outreach.
• Proactive ownership and momentum in the pipeline.
• Excellent time management and ATS data hygiene.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for non-technical and technical roles.
• Deliver highly relevant candidate pipelines focused on quality, fit, and speed.
• Manage hiring flow in the ATS with clean data and timely updates.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and calibrate profiles.
• Improve hiring metrics such as response rate and time-to-hire.
