Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in technical roles.
• Proven success in managing multiple requisitions (10+ at a time).
• Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR platforms.
• Exceptional ability to source, screen, and interview software developers, cloud/device engineers, and IT professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage over 10 requisitions simultaneously and source top talent for software, device/cloud, and IT roles.
• Hit the ground running and independently manage the full recruitment cycle.
• Utilize ATS and HR management tools to streamline sourcing and hiring processes.
