Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience.
Strong track record of sourcing and placing technical talent.
Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
Ability to assess soft skills and cultural fit on an initial call.
High-volume mentality with ability to manage multiple searches.

Responsibilities

Source and headhunt IT talent across channels including LinkedIn and professional databases.
Conduct initial screening to verify role alignment, tech stack knowledge, and availability.
Manage candidate pipeline and keep records up to date in the recruitment platform.
Attend weekly pipeline calls with the Digitanity team to review progress.
Coordinate scheduling for technical assessments and interviews.
Provide timely feedback to candidates to protect the Digitanity brand.
