Job summary

Sikich is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in a client-facing leadership role. The PM will manage project deliverables, be the primary contact for tasks at the Salesforce Org level, and lead software implementation projects within an IT environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM/Scrum Master experience, 3+ years managing teams of 5+ resources, and relevant certifications. A Bachelor's degree is required, with extensive growth opportunities across Sikich's

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time experience as PM or Scrum Master for software implementation projects.
• 3+ years directly managing a team of 5+ full-time resources.
• 3+ years supporting IT development projects.
• Active PMP, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification.
• Bachelor's degree required; or 4 additional years of qualifying IT project experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Lead software implementation projects from planning through execution.
• Manage project schedules, resources and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve milestones.
• Foster collaboration between business and technical teams.
• Monitor progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Support IT development initiatives and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
