Job summary

Visionaryz Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support technology initiatives under a Rural Health Transformation Program, focused on improving healthcare access for rural communities. This full-time, fully remote role operates during Eastern Time business hours.

You will develop schedules, manage vendors and governance, assess risks, and ensure deliverables meet PMO standards. The ideal candidate holds a PMP, HIPAA training, and strong Azure DevOps/MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Active PMP certification is required.
• HIPAA training with verifiable documentation.
• Demonstrated experience managing IT projects and deliverables.
• Strong understanding of hybrid Waterfall and Agile governance.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and MS Office apps (Word, Excel, Project, Visio).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource assignments.
• Coordinate with implementation vendors to track deliverables and schedule.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests through governance processes.
• Prepare weekly status reports, logs, registers, and approval matrices.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and changes affecting costs and resources.
• Facilitate project meetings and governance reviews.
• Coordinate with sponsors, program managers, and technical teams to resolve issues.
