Job summary

Winixx Inc. is seeking a Network & Infrastructure Engineer to design and manage the network and infrastructure supporting our remote-first workforce and cloud-native platform.

You will ensure reliable, secure, and scalable connectivity for all team members across multiple SaaS products. The role emphasizes strong network security, VPN and zero-trust controls, cloud networking with AWS/GCP/Azure, and comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of network/infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in network security including firewalls, VPN, and zero-trust architecture.
• Experience with cloud networking on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proficiency with DNS, DHCP, and network monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with SD‑WAN and modern remote access technologies.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain network architecture diagrams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure for the Winixx remote workforce.
• Manage VPN, zero-trust access, and network security controls across employee and vendor access points.
• Configure and maintain DNS, firewall, and proxy infrastructure.
• Support cloud networking requirements in coordination with the DevOps and engineering teams.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues affecting employees or platform services.
• Maintain network topology documentation and security architecture diagrams.
• Evaluate and implement network security improvements and access control enhancements.
• Support disaster recovery planning and network resilience testing.
