Winixx Inc. in Atlanta (remote-friendly) is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage identity and access, security, and SaaS applications across our IT stack. You will ensure secure, reliable access for a nationwide team.

The role covers IAM, endpoint security, VPN, and SaaS governance, with opportunity to shape security policy and collaborate with vendor relationships. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of systems administration or IT operations experience.
• Proficiency with identity and access management tools including Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace.
• Experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf or Microsoft Intune.
• Strong understanding of network security, VPN, and zero-trust access concepts.
• Experience managing SaaS application portfolios and enforcing access governance.
• Familiarity with EDR tools and endpoint security management.
• Excellent documentation and process improvement skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Winixx identity and access management infrastructure including SSO, MFA, and directory services
• Manage endpoint security across the device fleet using MDM and EDR tools
• Oversee the SaaS application stack including provisioning, licensing, and access governance
• Configure and maintain VPN infrastructure and network security controls for the remote workforce
• Monitor system health, security alerts, and access logs and respond to anomalies
• Manage IT vendor relationships and software contract renewals
• Support the onboarding and offboarding process with automated account provisioning and deprovisioning
• Contribute to IT security policy documentation and employee security awareness programs
