Job summary

JBS International is seeking an IT Project Manager III to steer complex IT initiatives across scope, schedule, budget and quality. This senior role operates with minimal oversight, mentors junior PMs, and applies PMO standards to ensure reliable delivery of digital solutions.

You will lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, manage risks, and report progress to stakeholders while upholding client and organizational objectives in a remote/hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field.
• PMP and ScrumMaster (CSM) certification required.
• 8+ years of program or project management experience in enterprise IT or government programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of complex IT projects with end-to-end oversight.
• Mentor junior project managers and ensure PMO standards are followed.
• Manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Monitor scope, budget, quality, risks and dependencies with formal reviews.
• Collaborate with PMO and Digital Services to align delivery practices enterprise-wide.
