Qualifications

• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a well-organized project document repository.
• Ability to ensure planning documentation is adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Document management in state repository.
• Create and maintain project schedules with milestones and dependencies.
• Provide detailed status reports using the State PMT tool (PPMT).
• Maintain risk/issue logs and conduct monthly risk meetings.
• Manage procurement and all project activities.
• Update stakeholder registers and lead governance activities.
• Lead meetings, prepare agendas 24 hours before and minutes within 24 hours after.
• Track project finances using EPMO tools.
• Maintain logs of decisions and actions; ensure formal acceptance of changes.
• Conduct lessons learned and produce final closeout deliverable.
