Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring an IT Project Manager to lead an implementation for a state government health agency under the Rural Health Transformation Program. This is a fully remote, contract role within the United States, following Eastern Time hours (7:45 AM–4:30 PM).

Qualifications

• Current PMP certification required with a copy of the certificate
• HIPAA training certificate required or willingness to complete HIPAA training provided by the company
• Experience managing IT implementation projects for state government, preferably health and human services, Medicaid or public health
• Experience managing an implementation vendor's schedule and deliverables, including review and acceptance
• Experience with hybrid or Agile delivery, backlog grooming and release planning
• Three professional references from engagements within the last five years
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF
• Located in and authorized to work in the United States; W-2 only
• Must pass a national criminal background check and sign confidentiality terms
• No AI meeting assistants in client meetings

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the project schedule in the EPMO-prescribed tool with activities, dependencies, milestones, dates, resources and percent complete
• Deliver weekly project status reports in the state's project management tool
• Create and maintain risks and issues in the state's tool with recommended responses and monthly reviews
• Facilitate project meetings and publish agendas/minutes from the state repository
• Track project financials and enter expenditures in the EPMO tool
• Manage change control with the EPMO Portfolio Manager and governance committees
• Track deliverables in the deliverable approval matrix and manage DED/DAF forms
• Maintain the stakeholder register, decision log and action item log and engage sponsors
• Facilitate procurement activities as part of the state's process
• Produce deliverables required by state, agency and federal governance (CMS, FNS)
• Organize and archive project artifacts in the state repository
• Run lessons learned and produce the project closeout report
