DAS Health is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead client-facing IT infrastructure and managed services projects remotely across the U.S. You will translate technical scope into practical delivery plans, coordinate engineers, vendors, procurement, and client stakeholders, and keep programs aligned with scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business, PM, or equivalent.
• At least four years leading client-facing IT infrastructure or managed services projects.
• Experience with networking, servers, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, migrations, or similar.
• Ability to turn SOWs and requirements into delivery plans.
• Strong project controls: scope, schedule, budget, risk/issue mgmt, go-live readiness.
• Experience coordinating resources, vendors, procurement, and clients across interdependent workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present updates to clients and leadership.
• Proficiency with PM platforms and MS 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of client-facing IT projects, including onboardings and migrations.
• Review SOWs, budgets, dependencies, and resource needs before kickoff.
• Develop clear project plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and go-live checkpoints.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, monitoring scope, schedules, budgets, and vendor dependencies.
• Lead client-facing and internal meetings, communicate status and decisions.
• Coordinate engineers, procurement, account teams, sales, vendors, and clients across workstreams.
• Identify risks, scope changes, blockers, and escalations with clear recommendations.
• Validate readiness, QA, client acceptance, billing milestones, and closure criteria.
• Maintain project records and contribute to process improvements and lessons learned.
