State of Vermont - Agency of Human Services (AHS) is seeking an IT Project Manager to provide contracted project management support for Rural Health Transformation initiatives. The role follows the EPMO hybrid lifecycle, emphasizing Agile practices during implementation and governance oversight.

The PM will manage schedules, risks, budgets, stakeholders, and documentation, ensuring deliverables meet state standards.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience as a skilled Project Manager managing projects through initiation, implementation, monitoring, governance, and closeout.

Responsabilidades

• Execute project management activities according to the Vermont ADS EPMO hybrid lifecycle and applicable Agile practices.
• Follow project charters, approved business cases, guiding principles, EPMO templates, planning documentation, and State governance requirements.
• Support EPMO, AHS program-specific, and other mandated governance requirements as directed.
• Work with the EPMO IT Portfolio/Program Manager, State sponsors, governance committees, project teams, and implementation vendors to resolve issues and support project decisions.
• Help ensure projects and deliverables are completed on time, within scope, within budget, and in accordance with State-defined quality standards.
