Job summary

Blu Omega Inc. is seeking an IT Project Manager to support the CMS MSI program. The role focuses on coordinating technical delivery across systems, with the Agent/Broker and enrollment pathways in mind.

The successful candidate will manage Jira/Confluence content, develop executive-ready materials, and participate in AI-enabled discussions while ensuring alignment with client leadership and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

5+ years leading technical programs and IT projects.
Experience coordinating multi-system delivery streams.
Strong PM skills tracking deliverables, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
Proficient with Jira/Confluence and executive reporting.
Understanding of applications, databases, APIs and cloud environments.
Able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate activities across technical teams, business stakeholders, and client leadership.
Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
Assess upstream/downstream impacts of changes across systems and data flows.
Participate in technical discussions and surface delivery risks.
Support cross-system modernization, migrations, and data changes.
Develop plans, status reports, executive presentations, and risk summaries.
Translate technical updates for both technical and executive audiences.
Maintain Jira/Confluence documentation and pages.
Improve program docs as priorities evolve and AI-enabled capabilities arise.
