Job summary

• Manage sprint releases, deployment cycles, third-party integrations, and overall SDLC/STLC processes.
• Oversee UAT, test case review, bug triage, and defect tracking using JIRA/Zephyr/TestRail.
• Coordinate onshore-offshore delivery and align timelines, risks, and client debriefs.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced CMS Project Manager / Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end digital web initiatives across enterprise CMS platforms (Drupal, WordPress, Headless CMS/Contentful/Sitecore). In this role, you will lead content workflows, API integrations, release management, and UAT execution while aligning cross-functional business and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• CMS Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of CMS-driven projects, site migrations, and platform enhancements using Drupal, WordPress, and enterprise content management tools.
• Stakeholder & Client Alignment: Gather client requirements, draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications, and serve as the primary liaison between business units and engineering teams.
• Deployment & Release Ops: Manage sprint releases, deployment cycles, third-party integrations, and overall SDLC/STLC processes.
• UAT & Quality Governance: Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case review, bug triage, and defect tracking using JIRA, Zephyr, or TestRail.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive regular alignment across onshore-offshore distributed teams, managing delivery timelines, risks, and client debriefs.

Key Requirements

• 7-12 years of experience in IT Project Management, Delivery Operations, or Scrum Management focused on CMS platforms (Drupal, WordPress, Sitecore, AEM, or Contentful).
• Proven expertise in managing UAT cycles, functional testing, and release management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, TestRail/Zephyr).
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on familiarity with onshore-offshore team delivery models.
• Willingness to work fixed night shifts (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST).
