This role requires 10–12 years in IT project management with CMS focus, strong client-facing communication, and hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in IT project management with CMS focus.
• Proven UAT cycles, testing, and release management.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, TestRail/Zephyr.
• Willingness to work fixed night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CMS project delivery, migrations, and platform enhancements using Drupal, WordPress, and enterprise CMS tools.
• Gather client requirements, draft BRDs and functional specs, and liaise between business units and engineering teams.
• Manage sprint releases, deployment cycles, third-party integrations, and overall SDLC/STLC processes.
• Oversee UAT, test case review, bug triage, and defect tracking using JIRA/Zephyr/TestRail.
• Coordinate onshore-offshore delivery and align timelines, risks, and client debriefs.
