Job summary

Symphony Care Alliance is seeking a Project Manager – Information Technology to plan, coordinate, and execute technology initiatives across MSO and affiliated physician practices. You will report to the CTO and serve as a liaison among IT, operations, leadership, vendors, and clinical teams.

The role involves managing technology implementations, system integrations, cybersecurity initiatives, data projects, and vendor-led deployments while translating complex tech needs into actionable plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
3–5+ years of project management or healthcare IT experience.
Experience coordinating multiple projects with stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to translate business needs into project requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead technology projects from planning through deployment and closeout.
Create structured project plans with scope, timelines, milestones, and ownership.
Manage multiple projects with visibility into priorities and resources.
Develop schedules, risk logs, decision logs, and status reports.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and document decisions and next steps.
Coordinate IT implementations and vendor-based activities.
Support cybersecurity, privacy, and HIPAA-related initiatives.
Produce executive summaries and project dashboards.
