Job summary

Princeton IT Services, Inc is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the Blueprint Transformation in IT Delivery, primarily remote within the United States. You will partner with Digital COEs, CIOs, and delivery teams to govern the Blueprint roadmap and ensure business-led technology outcomes.

You will manage multi-workstream planning, risks, and budget while delivering CRM, CMS, PIM, and platform integration programs with Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors, delivery teams, and enterprise initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience working with executive business stakeholders and technology leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end IT delivery of the Blueprint program, coordinating multiple workstreams, technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain an integrated program plan across all Blueprint initiatives, including dependencies, milestones, risks, financials, and resource planning.
• Drive execution across multiple technology domains, including customer experience, CRM, marketing technology, identity, integration, commerce, content management, product information management (PIM), and supporting enterprise platforms.
• Ensure successful delivery using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies with governance and reporting.
• Proactively identify delivery risks, remove roadblocks, and elevate issues with mitigation plans.
• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate objectives into executable technology workstreams.
• Facilitate alignment between Business, Digital COE, and IT to ensure Blueprint remains business-led.
• Support development of business cases, roadmap sequencing, and executive decision-making.
• Establish governance routines including Steering Committees, program reviews, executive updates, RAID management, and financial tracking.
• Maintain executive-level reporting and clear communication of status, risks, decisions, and next steps.
