Job summary

You will partner with SDMs and Project Managers to deliver actionable insights while maintaining confidentiality and professional decorum.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent and 5-8 years' related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
• Experience with ticketing systems and project management tools.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in office and remote settings and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Gather and maintain project requirement lists.
• Provide weekly project updates including action item updates.
• Schedule and coordinate project reviews and follow up on actions.
• Communicate status to the project team clearly and accurately.
• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, hours and expenditures.
• Identify issues and escalate to the client manager as needed.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and document key actions.
• Collaborate with regional teams for resources and ticket resolution.
• Assist with daily monitoring of the ticketing system and reassign tickets when required.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reports and identify trends requiring action.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of processes and procedures.
• Work with SDMs/Project Managers to deliver metrics and actionable insights.
