Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Project & Program Management I in Mountain View to plan and coordinate IT projects from initiation to delivery. You will oversee work by IT staff and partners, define requirements, assess feasibility, and develop detailed plans for network, server, or software implementations and PC deployments.

You will monitor milestones, manage risks, prepare documentation, train stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet schedules.
• Experience with project documentation and metrics.
• Familiarity with risk assessment and change management.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional and technical projects.
