Job summary

Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator III to plan and coordinate internal projects from initiation to delivery. Projects involve network, server or software implementations, PC deployments, and related tasks.

You will mentor junior team members and drive solutions within established guidelines. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, updating the team weekly, coordinating reviews, and maintaining project plans and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school with 5–8 years’ related experience or training.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
• Strong judgment in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions.
• Flexibility to work both in office and remote environments and adjust hours for regional colleagues.
• Proactive attitude and dependable customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and maintain project requirement lists.
• Provide weekly project updates including action item updates.
• Schedule and coordinate project reviews and follow up on actions.
• Communicate status clearly to the project team.
• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours and expenditures.
• Identify issues and escalate to client manager as needed.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and document key decisions.
