Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Project Coordinator II to plan and coordinate data center projects from initiation to delivery. You will manage assets, schedules, and budgets while coordinating with regional teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong Excel and Google Suite skills, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent with 2–5 years’ related experience
• Builds productive internal and external relationships
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices
• Willingness to adjust work hours to collaborate with regional colleagues
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience with ticketing systems or project management systems

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate data center projects from initiation to delivery
• Manage asset and material across data centers and warehouses
• Provide weekly project updates and action items
• Schedule and coordinate project reviews and follow-ups
• Communicate status to the project team clearly
• Monitor project plans, schedules, hours and expenditures
• Identify issues and escalate appropriately
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and document decisions
• Collaborate with regional teams on resources and ticket resolution
• Monitor daily ticketing activity and reallocate tickets as needed
• Produce regular reports and identify trends for improvements
• Maintain knowledge of processes and KPIs to support decision-makers
