Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Project Coordinator II in Boston, MA to plan and coordinate data center projects from initiation to delivery. You will manage assets, schedules, and budgets while communicating status to stakeholders and guiding teams toward on-time delivery.

You will work with SDMs and project managers to identify metrics, produce actionable insights, and support continuous improvements across regional teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 2–5 years of related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite is required.
• Strong communication, multitasking and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate data center project aspects from initiation to delivery.
• Maintain asset and material management across data centers and warehouses.
• Provide weekly project updates and track action items.
• Schedule reviews and communicate status to the project team.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, hours and expenditures.
• Escalate issues and assist with stakeholder meetings and reports.
• Monitor tickets, reassign as needed and generate regular reports.
• Identify process improvements and support KPI/metrics analysis.
