Job summary

Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator II to plan and coordinate data center projects from initiation to delivery in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will manage assets, schedules, and expenditures while collaborating with regional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and proactive problem-solving, with opportunities to improve processes and KPIs alongside SDMs/Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school with 2–5 years’ related experience or training
• Builds productive internal and external working relationships
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
• Flexibility essential - willingness to adjust work hours to coordinate with regional colleagues
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience with ticketing systems and/or project management software
• Understanding of or previous experience in a technology-driven environment
• Proactive attitude and dependable
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work both within a team and independently
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Ability to use good judgment, problem-solving and decision making skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional decorum

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate aspects of data center projects from initiation to delivery.
• Assets and material management across data centers and warehouses.
• Gather and maintain project requirement lists.
• Provide weekly project updates including action item updates.
• Schedule and coordinate project reviews and follow up on assigned actions.
• Communicate status to the project team clearly and timely.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, work hours and expenditures.
• Identify project issues, escalate to the client manager as needed.
• Attend and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Document important actions and decisions from meetings and follow ups.
• Collaborate with regional teams responsible for resources and ticket resolution.
• Monitor the ticketing system and reassign tickets as required.
• Produce regular reports as required.
• Identify trends or recurring problems and escalate for resolution.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
