Motion Recruitment seeks a Technical Project Coordinator on behalf of a global technology leader. This 6-month initial contract role is 100% remote, requiring CST hours and coordination of IT requests across multiple internal teams.

You will document requests in ServiceNow, prioritize them, and drive progress to completion while keeping stakeholders informed. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ticketing systems are preferred.

Formación

• Experience in project coordination, IT coordination, operations, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or another ticketing system preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and in maintaining accurate tracking documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including comfort with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, shifting priorities, and time-sensitive tasks.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving, with ability to identify missing information.
• Basic familiarity with IT environments is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the central point of contact for IT requests submitted by the Transformation Office.
• Review request templates, gather missing information, and enter requests into ServiceNow.
• Route tickets to the appropriate IT teams and monitor progress through completion.
• Track priorities, deadlines, ticket statuses, and outstanding items in ServiceNow and Excel.
• Follow up with internal teams to support a 24-hour turnaround on smaller IT requests.
• Keep requestors and technical teams updated on status, next steps, and potential delays.
• Identify incomplete requests, blockers, and risks, escalating to the right stakeholders when needed.
• Maintain organized tracking documentation and consistent request management processes.
• Attend infrastructure calls and provide coordination support to the Data Solutions group and Transformation Office.
