Qualifications

• Strong program/project management capabilities across software, enterprise architecture, and integrations.
• Minimum 7 years of IT project management experience delivering complex projects.
• Expert proficiency in scope, schedule, quality, communications, vendor, resource, change, and integration management.
• Experience with software development, enterprise architecture initiatives, SaaS deployments, enterprise toolset deployments, and infrastructure projects.
• Solid understanding of PMBOK standards.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Configuration management.
• Hands-on Agile experience with SCRUM and SAFe.
• 5+ years planning tolling Back Office system deployments, cutover, and data migration responsibilities.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture governance and ecosystem impact analysis.
• Experience implementing contact center/telephony, payment platforms, and middleware integrations.
• Understanding of IT security fundamentals and PCI compliance.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and vendor management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive reporting experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing and validating test scripts, QA cycles, and supporting UAT.
• Ability to coordinate resolution of escalated issues across teams.
• Documenting business processes, workflows, and operational playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT PMO efforts for large, complex technology programs across software, architecture, and infrastructure.
• Plan, execute, and deliver projects through full lifecycle using PMBOK-aligned methods.
• Define scope, gather requirements, and align objectives across business and technical teams.
• Develop schedules, roadmaps, RAID logs, and governance artifacts with PMBOK/ITIL/SAFe guidance.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and vendors to meet milestones and commitments.
• Create and maintain project documentation: meeting minutes, status reports, test scripts, change control artifacts.
• Identify, analyze, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across environments.
• Lead governance forums and stakeholder sessions to drive decisions and transparency.
• Oversee contact center solutions, telephony/IVR, middleware, PCI workflows, and third-party interfaces.
• Ensure IT security standards alignment and regulatory compliance across programs.
• Coordinate go-live, cutover, readiness checks, QA/testing, and stabilization activities.
• Document work with designs, diagrams, lessons learned, and playbooks for future reference.
