Job summary

The Commission seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across software development, enterprise architecture, and infrastructure. You will manage full lifecycle projects, define scope, gather requirements, and align business and technical objectives with PMBOK/ITIL/Scrum/SAFe standards.

You will coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders, drive governance sessions, and oversee go-live activities with a focus on risk, quality, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience delivering IT projects.
• PMBOK-aligned methodologies across Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring/Controlling, and Closing.
• 5+ years planning/executing tolling Back Office system including cutover/go-live activities.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with business, IT, and external partners.
• Experience with contact center/telephony solutions, payments, and middleware.
• Excellent executive-level communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver complex technology projects across software development, enterprise architecture, and infrastructure.
• Manage IT projects through full lifecycle using PMBOK/ITIL/Scrum/SAFe standards.
• Define scope, gather requirements, align objectives across software and toolsets.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, RAID logs, roadmaps, and governance artifacts.
• Lead governance forums and stakeholder engagement to drive decisions.
• Oversee go-live, cutover, and stabilization activities with QA/testing support.
