The Commission is seeking an experienced IT Project Management Office professional to lead and deliver complex technology initiatives across software, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and contact center solutions. You will define scope, align business and technical objectives, and manage schedules, risks, and governance with a regional/continental scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience delivering IT projects.
• Expert proficiency in scope, schedule, quality, communication, vendor, resource, change, and integration management.
• Experience leading software development, enterprise architecture initiatives, platform upgrades, SaaS deployments, and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of PMBOK and ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Hands-on Agile experience (SCRUM and SAFe).
• 5+ years planning and executing tolling Back Office systems with go-live activities.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture governance and ecosystem impact analysis.
• Experience with contact center, telephony, payment platforms, and middleware integrations.
• PCI compliance awareness and IT security fundamentals, plus executive communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute, and deliver complex technology projects across software, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and contact center solutions.
• Define scope, gather requirements, and align business and technical objectives.
• Develop and maintain schedules, RAID logs, plans, roadmaps, and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, system integrators, and vendors to milestones and contracts.
• Prepare status reports, minutes, test scripts, and change control artifacts.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across environments.
• Lead governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder engagements.
• Oversee go-live, cutover activities, readiness checks, and stabilization.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure IT security standards compliance.
• Document technical/functional designs, diagrams, and operational playbooks.
