Job summary

Roper St. Francis Healthcare is seeking an IT Program Manager to lead multiple related IT projects aligned to a shared business objective. The role is primarily remote with monthly onsite presence in the Charleston, SC area, and requires strong PM skills and PMI certifications.

You will plan, track, and report on milestones, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure program success. Expect 7–10 years of PM experience and a Bachelor’s degree with PMI credentials.

Qualifications

• PM experience with 7–10 years in project leadership.
• Experience coordinating and supporting IT business processes (5+ years).
• Project Management Professional certification required; PgMP preferred.
• Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple inter-related projects toward a common objective.
• Provide overall management support to ensure alignment with program goals.
• Plan and monitor program execution; develop detailed milestones and schedules.
• Provide executive level reports and status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate Go-live communications and Command Center logistics.
• Identify risks and mitigate at the program level.
