Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and resources.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across clinical, operational, technical, and vendor groups.
Facilitate project meetings, governance committees, and executive status reporting.
Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and escalations.
Ensure alignment across application, infrastructure, and operational teams.
Support testing, conversion planning, cutover, and stabilization activities.
Drive accountability and execution across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
Collaborate with advisors, analysts, and organizational leadership.
Maintain project documentation and communicate status and outcomes to leadership.
